• Married to my incredible wife, Mary, for 42 wonderful years.
• I am a proud father of two exceptional children, Aaron and Sarah, and three grandchildren, who inspire me daily.
• I was born and raised in the Galt section of Cambridge, where I still call home today.
• I have two younger brothers and a sister, making family a central part of my life.
• I grew up playing baseball, braving frozen outdoor rinks for hockey, and competing in track and field events.
• Camping and travelling are passions, thanks to my parents, who instilled a love for road trips across Canada and the U.S.
• I’m an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, animals, and all things nature.
• I completed several half marathons and ran my first full marathon in 2020 and an ultra-marathon in 2021.
• Avid motorcycle rider— the longer the journey, the better the adventure.
• Music is a creative outlet for me; I enjoy playing guitar, writing songs, and singing.
• Always seeking new adventures and challenges.
• I love experimenting in the kitchen, cooking without recipes, and pairing meals with great wine or beer.
